What are your box office hours?

Our box office is open Tuesdays 11am-2pm, Wednesdays 11am-2pm, Thursdays 3pm-6pm, and on days of shows.

Which door should I use to enter the building?

Please enter through the door marked "Auditorium Entrance" on the side of the building near the white gazebo.

Can I purchase tickets online?

Yes, tickets can be purchased online 24/7 at www.thetheateratnorth.org

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets are available to purchase at the door on the day of a show.

What is your refund policy?

Unless a show is canceled or postponed, there are no refunds or exchanges. In the event that a show is canceled, all ticket holders will be notified and refunded in full. In the event that a show is postponed, all ticket holders will be notified and tickets will be honored for the new date.

Is the theater handicap accessible?

Yes, our venue is completely handicap accessible.

Is there a parking lot?

Yes. Free off-street parking is available in our well-lit parking lot located directly behind our building. The parking area is accessible from Theodore Street off North Main Avenue. We ask that you kindly do not park in areas reserved specifically for residents, including the lower lot (which is reserved for handicap residents). Handicap parking spots are available in our main lot. Additional street parking is available on Theodore Street.

Is there a charge to park?

No. Parking is free.

Can I eat and drink in the theater?

Food and drinks are not permitted in the theater. You are welcome to enjoy your concessions in our lobby.

Are restrooms available in the lobby?

Yes, restrooms are available in the lobby before, during, and after all events.

Our "Save Me A Seat" Campaign allows anyone to name a seat in our beautiful theater.
